Clifford Chance advised the Investa Property Group on the sale of the health centre Giesing, Munich (Germany), to Raiffeisen Investment AG.
The health centre, which was completed in 2009, has 7,500 sqm of floor space available to let and the ground floor is rented out to a pharmacy, a health and beauty retailer and several other stores. Doctor's surgeries are located on the upper floors and there is also a dialysis centre.
